Job Description :
- Establish Company Labor Agreements, Policies, or Standard Operating Procedures in the Human Resources area
- Prepare, review, and revise employee employment contracts
- Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally and externally (labor unions, government bodies, other industry bodies, and external parties).
- Maintaining a harmonious relationship with the community/organization (especially around the company), including organizing CSR programs/activities
- Handling industrial relations problems and disputes
- Supporting HR team in legal matters, particularly labor topics
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree in Law
- At least 1 year of working experience in HR/manufacturing field is preferable
- Have knowledge/interest in Industrial Relations, Labor Law, and Employee Assistance
- Lawyer license is preferable (not mandatory).
- Understand employment laws (UU) very well
- Have good negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Able to speak Korean is an additional point.
- Willing to work in Kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi
- Placement will be in LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center
