- Bachelor degree in law or psychology
- 5 (five) years of experience as HR Manager at remote site projects/operations for the last 10 (ten) years involving at least 100 (one hundred) direct workers
- Excellent skills in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, communication, planning, and organization
- Experienced in managing Industrial Relations (IRs) and Employee Relations (ERs) including disputes and settlement starting from recruitment, employment, deployment, and termination/demobilization
- Mastery in prevailing manpower regulations
- Strong knowledge and proficient in operations based human resource management issues and reporting
- Computer literacy – MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
