You will be responsible for:
- Ensure that the end-to-end HR Operations process supports positive employee experience.
- Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data, when needed
- Process changes to employee’s circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant dasatabases
- Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity
- Respond to emails on behalf of the department
- Provide necessary HR Operations and administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
- Be the liaison with University Career Center to manage campus recruitment from time to time, i.e. nurturing relationship with University Team, participating in University programs, etc.
- Other ad-hoc projects as part of self-development journey.
You will demonstrate the following requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 4 years of working experience in HR function/HR Operation/Recruitment/HR Systems.
- Prior experience in agribusiness/growing business will be advantage.
- Organized, detailed-oriented, and meticulous.
- Service oriented with positive and growth mindset.
- Strong grit and work-ethics.
- Independent and collaborative problem solver.
- Proactive keen learner, welcome changes and challenges as learning opportunities.
- Good communication in both English (conversational) and Bahasa Indonesia.
