Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collect, update and manage our internal data with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Assisting in the planning of company events.
- Manage company documents into digital formats (scanning the hard copies)
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
- Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
- Address queries and issues of workers when required.
- Address HR tasks about IT pending items (like laptop delivery status and account enable/disable)

Qualifications
- Willing to join immediately
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (GPA 3.25) or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field (final semester).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Detail-oriented.
- The ability to work as part of a team and work independently.
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus (min 6 months)
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
