Qualifications:
- The perfect candidate for this role is someone that has an understanding of Payroll & HRIS domains, has experience working in payroll software implementation in many line industries, is an expert in data analysis and reporting tools, and can develop strong cross functional relationships with business partners across the HR, payroll, tax, compensation loan & benefit.
Job responsibility:
- Engage, envision, and collaborate to build solutions that encompass the end to end processes that drive Payroll services.
- Strong familiarity with Human Resources/Human Capital Management business processes specially Payroll, Tax, Loan & Benefit
- Demonstrated payroll systems analysis through 2+ years’ business analyst and implementation experience in a company of many size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge and experiences in payroll business process and tax PPh 21 calculation
- Expert level Excel skill set
- Exceptional customer service ethic.
- Exceptional consultative approach, understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, solutioning to meet requirements, consulting to determine customer fit to solution, developing and delivering solution in accordance with customer expectations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in helping the business understand complex technical processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree with preference for Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study.
