Job Description
- Sourcing for potential talents to vacant position
- Make an annual recruitment plan (MPP Budget) with Factory Manager and Department Head.
- Screening and collecting basic information of the talent
- Conduct psychological test and interview
- Composing and negotiating salary and benefit to the selected talents
- Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Salary Calculation, Compensation and Benefit (HRIS)
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ psychology or equivalent.
- Having 2-years of experience as recruiter (Preferably from head hunter/manufacturing/construction)
- Fluent in English, knowing Mandarin is an advantage.
- Have experienced in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing, psychological test, and assessment (An understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good integrity, attention to detail and excellent time management skill.
- Familiar with HRIS System
