Job Description:
The HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) Specialist is responsible for providing efficient and high-quality HR services to various internal departments. This role involves maintaining a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures, and using this knowledge to assist employees and managers throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist in the management and processing of HR transactions such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead other HR SSC Specialists to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) effectively to manage tasks and maintain records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase HR SSC efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Manage employee relation and industry relation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
