Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment
- Job Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the requirements, skills, and qualifications necessary for each position.
- Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to source and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Interviewing: Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Use behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to evaluate candidates.
- Selection Process: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate and compare candidates based on interview performance, skills assessments, and reference checks. Provide recommendations to assist in the final selection decision.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, including negotiating compensation packages and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and applicant conversion rates. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Onboarding & Employer Branding
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring necessary paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment requirements are completed.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, facilitating paperwork completion, and coordinating IT setup. Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Promote the organization’s values, culture, and employee value proposition to prospective candidates.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques and onboarding process. Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and interviewing methods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
- English is a must.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hiring processes.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
- Experience with employer branding and implementing effective sourcing strategies is a plus.
