Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the recruitment cycle progress to meet the business requirement (end-to-end process: job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation)
- Working and communicating with hiring managers to ensure the needs and requirements of talents.
- Ensures policies and procedures are followed and positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Provide coaching to HR recruiters by giving feedback, developing plans for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns.
- Participate in the interview and selection process by making recommendations on candidate suitability for positions.
- Perform follow-ups with HR Manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation.
- Ensure the achievement of a high fulfillment rate in recruitment and excellent talent retention initiatives from Onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in Recruitment (preferably from a Headhunter or E-commerce Company).
- Works well under pressure and has a strong drive to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and detail-oriented.
- Active in English communication and good in English written skills.
- Excellent communication skills both in external and inter-department communication to achieve common goals for business support.
- Adaptive and high initiative.
