Job Description
- Handling company engagement activity and program related to AIG culture.
- Develop employer branding.
- Compiles and organizes employee performance appraisals.
- Manage for employee training including schedule, training program, training material, be a trainer.
- Handling for company CSR Program , work closely with business
- End-to-end operational onboarding starts from induction presentation, keeping eye on the new joiners’ probation period, until they passed probation.
- Working as HRBP, working closely with business head/ manager to improve work relationship and productivity.
- Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the leader.
Requirement
- Min bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min 3 years working experience in HR, experience in Fintech company will be advantages.
- Have understanding and familiar with Indonesia Labor Law
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have ability to be trainer.
- Active, creative, and good initiative
