Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment, training and organizational development area;
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs, as well as evaluate and suggest the best recruiting strategies to fulfill hiring needs;
- Design and implement a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials for management and employees to support company’s growths;
- Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans;
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters;
- Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient administration of offers of employment and orientation processes, vacation/ leave requests and accruals, benefits administration, compensation management, employee performance, and other critical HR functions.
- Liaise with Human Resources related external parties such as BPJS, Recruitment Agencies, Government, Insurance, etc
- Develop an Labor Collective Agreement and liaise with labor union to build harmonious relationship.
- Arrange and execute pro-active industrial relation program including Corporate Social Responsibility and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Psychology, Law
- Min. of 8-9 year experiences in HRD, with the last 3 years as Manager
- Willing to be placed in Bogor
- Good understanding in assessment tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
