Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or related field
- 2 year experience working in a similar role (as a tech recruiter would be an advantage)
- Familiar with psychological test tools (is a plus)
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines
- Good understanding of HR legislation
- Good communication skills in English (is a plus)
- Driven to continually improve recruitment and selection delivery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applicable to role
Responsibilities:
- Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers
- Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as logging application forms/cv, organizing recruitment timetables, arranging interviews, interview tests and distributing interview packs and shortlisting to interviewees
- Preparing the induction frame works by coordination with all relevant departments to provide the full inductions to the new staff
- Arrange and conduct exit interviews for all staff either face to face or electronically. Provide feedback accordingly
- Update status and administration for BPJS, tax and payroll purposed
- Follow-up update status employee due to working agreement
- Check and report daily attendance, follow up status (sick/accident/pass away) employee and his/her family
- Check activity employee during case/project
- Make announcement to employee regarding company regulation
- Arrange and conduct exit interviews for all staff. Provide feedback accordingly.
- Production of a weekly and monthly report with updates on recruitment
- Perform maintenance of company assets
- Monitoring GA team performance
