We are seeking an experienced person to fulfil the role of Human Resource / General Affairs Officer.
Requirement of the position are:
·      Minimum Bachelor in Law / Psychology from reputable university
·      Minimum 3 years of working experience in related area
·      Fluent in written and spoken English
·      Develop a suitable database and platform to manage the HR function.
·      Instigate a programme to continuously assess staff performance monitored against KPI’s
·      Able to analyse employee’s competencies and training requirements
·      Have a strong knowledge of recruitment process, manpower regulations, immigration formalities, training and organization development
·      Reasonable understanding of company regulations and company operating formalities
·      Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·      Good analytical, conceptual and administrative skills
·      Willingness to work hard and to work under pressure
·      Computer Literate
·      Able to work both independently and in a team environment
