Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides HR administrative, clerical transactional support to one or more functional area of Human Resources.
- Support administrative tasks, office supplies & facilities, office policies, procedures, and training.
- Coordinate meetings, and external vendors.
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations activities.
- Respond to external/internal requests for information.
- File HR-related documentation and maintain HR files and records.
- Participate in internal and external HR Operations audits
Qualifications
- Have related working experience for at least two (2) years
- Experienced in Manufacture/ Retail/ FMCG Industry will be a plus
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Proficient in English (Mandatory)
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon, Banten
