Job Description
- Fullfill the manpower needed
- Responsible of end to end recruitment process
- Build a good relation with all Hiring Managers and understand their needs
- Create new initiative to increase database of source and reach recruitment’s target
- Provide recruitment report in daily, weekly and monthly bases
- General administration duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Psychology is preferable
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Recruitment Officer
- Energetic and fast learner
- Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
