Job Descriptions:
- Do administrative tasks (Compile documents, letters, etc) related to HR team
- Maintain and well-organized records for administrative activities and filing documents
- Prepare the data employee attendance for the monthly payroll and reconciliation
- Helping coordinate with outsource related
- Arranging meetings/interviews, if needed
- Helping recruitment process (intern & outsource)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 years in the same positions
- Have high initiative, innovation and attention to details.
- Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal employees and also external vendors
- Have skill in Microsoft Office (specialize in Excel and understand Excel Formula)
- Willing to work under contract for 6 months in advance and WFO (Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan)
- Available to join ASAP.
