Job Description :
- Responsible to A-to-Z Human Resource aspects.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, this involves identifying the most effective recruitment channels, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals, and creating job postings that attract the right candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process, this involves coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Actively building talent pool that is relevant to the organization.
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Handle day to day HR administration
- In charge in all employer branding activity such as university visit, job fair, social media job posting, etc
- Actively involved in employee engagement program that is assigned by company
- Have a good understanding in HR system, Ms. Office esp. Ms. Excel
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Psychology.
- Language: Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HRBP and exposure to many HR functions
- Have experience in Retail Industry is a must, beauty retail will be preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levels
- Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- Creative, self-starter, eager to learn, adaptable, used to work in high phase.
- Keep an understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
