- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
- Liaise with managers to determine selection criteria for candidates.
- Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process goes smoothly.
- Responsible for selection process such as tests and interviews.
- Weekly report of recruitment progress.
- Collaborating with Organization & Performance Management Team to assess employee performance review.
- Assist and coordinate training for employee (external & Internal).
- Responsible for mapping talent pool
Requirment
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ psychology or equivalent.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
- Have experienced in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing.
- Have knowledge of Manpower Arrangement, Recruitment, HR administration, and understand psychological test tools and their analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work with data and attention to detail
- Familiar with job platforms, social media, and resume databases.
- Candidate should be willing to work in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
