Human Resources Recruitment – PT GED Lintas Indonesia

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs.
2. Liaise with managers to determine selection criteria for candidates.
3. Ensure the end-to-end recruitment process goes smoothly.
4. Responsible for selection process such as tests and interviews.
5. Weekly report of recruitment progress.
6. Collaborating with Organization & Performance Management Team to assess employee performance review.
7. Assist and coordinate training for employee (external & Internal).
8. Responsible for mapping talent pool

Requirment

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ psychology or equivalent.
2. Maximum 35 years old.
3. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
4. Have experienced in recruitment process such as candidate selection, interviewing.
5. Have knowledge of Manpower Arrangement, Recruitment, HR administration, and understand psychological test tools and their analysis.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Be able to work with data and attention to detail
8. Familiar with job platforms, social media, and resume databases.
9. Candidate should be willing to work in Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
