PT Astari Niagara Internasional are looking for HR Manager position to be placed in one of our plant in Bitung, Tangerang :
Responsibilities
- Work closely as the Counterpart for all functional leaders in Bitung Plant including coaching, counseling, provide advice, guidance/intervene all Leaders related to HR matters.
- Ensure implementation of HR Policies in Plant Bitung including but not limited to Organization Structure Design, ManPower Planning, Recruitment, Induction & Integration, Promotion/Rotation/Transfer/Demotion, Performance Management, etc.
- Engage all employees and all functional units in Plant Bitung to ensure positive employee engagement and maintain relationship with Union.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Management
- At least 10 years of working experience with 5 years as HR Manager in manufacturing company
- Min. 80% of career/experience in manufacturing companies
- Mix experience between MNC company & privately-owned local company will be an advantage
- Plus point : certification in HR Management (CHRM) and/or BNSP
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bitung, Tangerang
