Responsibilities
– Act as national leader of all Beauty Advisors all around Indonesia
– Develop, adapt, and delivering training materials that align with company SOP to grow and develop the brand’s Beauty Advisors
– Deliver product training to Beauty Advisors across Indonesia in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
– Organize annual regional gathering for Beauty Advisors
– Contribute to analyze, update, and evaluate Region and Training and Coaching projects
– Coach the Beauty Advisor at POS (point of sales)
– Be active on the field to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with the Beauty Advisors and customers.
Qualifications
Education: Min. Bachelor Degree
Language: Must be fluent in English
Experience:
Key:
– Seasoned experience as Trainer or related positions
– Current company must be either Retail Beauty/ FMCG (preferable handled personal care/ cosmetics)
– Highly exposed working in International company
Basic:
– High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
– Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
