- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Monitoring individual and annual training
- Handle induction for new employee
- Monitoring Headcount status, PKWT and probation period
- Update training data and training administration
- Handle internship program and maintain good relationship with University
- Assist ODTA Spv to managing human resource activities in line with the organization’s value, culture, and business plan
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Management/Human Resources
- Having experience at least 1 year handle Recruitment & Training
- Good communication skill and teamwork
- Computer literate (word, excel & power point)
- Understand English both oral & writing
- Understand and able to apply BEI Interview
