- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Job Description:
- Maintain organization structure, job description and KPI
- Update SOP
- Identify Training Needs
- Create training modul
- Ensure new employee fulfilled training curriculum
- Ensure all employee attend training
