Job description:
A. Building Culture
- Assist HR Manager in developing, implementing and evaluating the HR Strategy Plan through the provision of market / competitor data related to HR from trusted sources.
- To formulate the type of organizational culture to support the company’s vision and mission.
- To analyse the current condition of the organizational culture to find out the gaps in the desired organizational culture.
- To formulate organizational values to achieve the desired organizational culture.
- To provide guidance to the TD Specialist in implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the value internalization program.
B. Manpower Planning & Organization Structure
- To collaborate with Business Development Dept. in formulating business processes by analysing current business processes vs needed, to achieve the company’s vision and mission. This includes ensuring that there are no overlapping/over lagging and aligning business processes so that they become more effective and efficient.
- To create organization structure and chart that align with company’s business process.
- Coordinate with TA Specialist to ensure Manpower Planning (MPP) for the upcoming year.
- Coordinate with TA Specialist to create job descriptions and KPI for positions.
C. Competencies & Job Description
- To coordinate with TD Specialist in developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating the Core, Level & Technical Competencies Dictionary.
- To coordinate with TD Specialist in creating and updating Job Description for each position at least per two years.
- To make sure employee know and understand their Job Description.
D. Performance Management
- To coordinate with Business Development Department to recommend and propose KPI corporate to BOD.
- To coordinate with all head of department to cascade down KPI corporate into KPI department.
- To educate and make sure head of department can cascade down KPI department into KPI individual.
- To oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the GM HRGA and HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
E. Talent Development
- To determine core and supporting department.
- To determine key position in each department.
- To collaborate with People Development Specialist in creating succession planning, conducting Human Asset Value assessment and preparing TNA.
F. Compensation & Benefit
- To create job grading.
- To conduct job evaluation for each position of the company organization structure.
G. Report
This position reports to HR Manager.
To provide report about review and update Manpower Planning, Organization Structure, Job Descriptions, Competency Dictionary, KPI corporate and KPI department, Core Department and Key Position, and Job Evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or others relevant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development Specialist or similar role, preferably from reputable medical devices distribution company.
- Having professional credential, such as OD / HR Certification from reputable organization.
- Having hands-on experience in building culture / culture transformation through OCAI Survey and E-P-I-C method.
- Having hands-on experience in developing competencies dictionary, conducting job analysis, updating job description.
- Having hands-on experience in conducting job grading, job evaluation and salary structure.
- Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
- A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities.
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
