Qualification:
- Bachelor of Psychology or training related major from reputable university with minimum. GPA 3.00
- Minimum. 1 year working experience as People Development/ Learning & Development
- Familiar with TNA & Competency module
- Have experience as group facilitator & trainer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate in People Development area
- Ability to design and implement training and development.
- Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih
