What will you do:
- Screening and sourcing for potential candidates.
- Conduct interview in daily basis and create reports on the candidate assesments.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the hiring managers.
- Doing administrative tasks such as employment contracts.
What we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, prefferably Psychology
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably have IT recruiting experience
- Required Skill(s): Mass Recruitment, Strong in Administration, Sourcing Candidate, Detail Oriented, and familiar with Excel and other miscrosoft office
