Responsible for the strategic and effective management of the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all positions in the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, having at least 1-year experience in pro hire preferred.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Able to administered psychological test tools
- Experienced in having Behavioral Event Interview
- Have good analytical dan conceptual thinking
- Have good communication skill
- Able to work under a demanding schedule and have a sense of urgency.
