Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering/Law;
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Recruiter in the mining company or mining contractor;
- Experienced conducting end-to-end recruitment process for heavy equipment operator positions (such as: crane, loader, excavator, etc), driver, security;
- Have deep knowledge about the flow of the recruitment process and labor regulations related to employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Probation, THL);
- Understand government regulations related to employment in the mining sector;
- Mastering interview skills and psycho test;
- Communicative, capable to work under pressure, and detail-oriented;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8:2.
Job Description :
- Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site;
- Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement;
- Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants;
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and individual development (IDP);
- Carry out training and development activities;
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;
- Maintaining and evaluating competencies;
- Conduct end-to-end Talent Mapping process.
