Job description:
- Handle mass recruitment process for Shopee Express Mitra Riders and Drivers with scope of work such as, but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates.
- Coordinate with the stakeholder to ensure the recruitment is fulfilled on time
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or related field
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self driven and highly motivated.
- Willing to be placed at Purworejo and with full 5 working days WFO
- Willing to be employed under contract by 3 months
- Have previous working experience in recruitment for maximal 1 year would be advantage
