In this role you will be responsible for:
- Partnering and guiding hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
- Screening resumes, conduct interviews, performing pre employment checks and onboarding activities
- Managing and supporting key programs such as Graduates, Student Intern programs and attend job fairs and expo
- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Completing timely reports on employment activity and company assessments
- Partnering with the HR team and Managers to ensure alingment
To succeed you will have:
- Applicable recruitment experience
- Exceptional and proactive approach when working with key stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to plan and prioritise and multi task as needed
- Positrive approach and a solid team player
- Good recruitment systems knowledge
