Job Description :
- Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, scouting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding employees in a company
- Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
- Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team
- Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
Qualification :
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, having a strong recruitment / talent attraction & acquisition and training background.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing & recruitment processes, sourcing tools and techniques.
- Previous recruitment agency experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork skills.
- Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority within a multicultural environment
- Ability to adapt and re-prioritize in a fast paced environment
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
