Responsibilities:
- Conduct Psycho test and interview session
- Sourcing candidates with all recruitment tools
- Processing all candidates until join
- Handle industrial relation related to contract employee
- Handle mapping competency
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Having experience in mapping competency, competency matrix will be advantage
- Required Skill(s): Psychological Test, Interviewing
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
