RESPONSIBILITY
- Ensure the annual Manpower Planning target achieved
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct interview and interpret assessment (from psychological test, etc.)
- Provide coaching to HR by giving feedback, developing plans for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns
- Review periodic update related to employee database
- Identify performance or competency gaps and determine TNA
- Prepare and implement training budget
- Recommend ways to improve employee branding
REQUIREMENT
- Max. age of 35 years old
- Proven for min. 3 years in the field
- Master degree of Psychology and preferred to have SIP
- Familiar with HRIS and other related software is preferred
- Excel in psychological assessment and mapping
- Comprehend the industrial relation policies
- Experienced in drafting company documents (SOPs, KPIs, job description, training material, etc), hiring talent and third party recruitment process (outsourcing)
- An open-minded, trustworthy, and responsible person
- A team player with active communication and listening
