Job Description:
- Your duties will be doing an end to end recruitment process, include advertising vacant position, screening candidates, scheduling and for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower fulfillment.
- Handle candidate administration.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or similar qualification.
- Maximum 28 years old.
- Experience in recruitment, preferable in mass recruitment and from insurance company.
- Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software.
- Have knowledge about psychological test or profiling tools.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Able to work under target.
- Able to join immediately.
