Job Description:
1. Support and Assist Department Head in administering the whole activity of candidate sourcing, recruitment and selection function, including prepare the periodic recruitment activity reports.
2. Build and maintain network through Industry Contacts, post job openings in advertisements, professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues, to search ideal candidates.
3. Support in monitoring Manpower Planning of the year and its realization.
4. Prepare the administration related with newly joined, transferred and resigned staff.
5. Handle Administrative Duties and Record Keeping, HR filing administration related to recruitment and selection, recruitment activity reports and placement.
6. Handle Talent Management cycle process starting from Manpower Planning, Talent acquisition, probation, and employment confirmation.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1Â year experience in Banking industry, preferable experience in handling selection and recruitment process
2. Have basics understanding of HRD Test Selection and Psychological test, and interview techniques
3. Fluent in English (both oral and written)
