Job Description :
- Integrate and Implement HR GA operations in group companies
- Set objectives for the HR Department in Group Company and track progress
- Design and implement group company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
- Develop and Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Develop and Control company Human Resource budgets
- Organize learning and development programs
- Ensure HR Operation in compliance and effective manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Requirement :
- Proven work experience as a Senior HR Management or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management, its policies and practical implementation
- Solid understanding of labor related legislation
- Excellent communication abilities in English.
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or similar
- MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
- Certification in HRM is a plus
