Senior Manager HRGA – PT Maju Kalimantan Hadapan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Supervise and manage the HR operation team.
2. Oversee the office administration works.
3. Responsible for the recruitment process.
4. Design and develop training and develovement program based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.
5. Involve in staff’s career planning and councelling as well as employe relations.
6. Responsible for Compensation and Benefits of the employe.
7. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other relevant statutory requirements.
8. Develop and maintain personnel policies and procedure.
9. Responsible for employee grievances and creates harmony working relationship.

Job Requirement :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration Management or equivalent.
2. At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required preferably at the Managerial level.
3. Experienced in managing all aspect of HR functions in Oil Palm Industry.
4. Possess strong communication skills and a good team player.
5. Proactive, self-driven and to work under pressure.
6. This position will be based at Kab. Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
