- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.

- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, reporting, human resource, recruitment, administration
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, Agile, Fast Learnig and able to adapt with new environment.
- Provide administrative support to managers and management;
- In charge of employees’ record and profile by maintaining past and current historical records and responsible for retrieval system;
- Review and update HR / Admin procedures and policies;
- Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions
