As Sr. HR Analyst, your responsibilities will include and not limited to end-to-end data processing in the Human Resources (HR) function, preparing/compiling data, analyzing data points, conducting market research, preparing HR/analytics reports, and participating in other relevant HR initiatives.
Other responsibilities include:
- Prepare Human Resources/Management reports, as well as analyze and present data findings.
- Work with enormous amounts of HR data and collaborate with Head of HR to help in making informed business decisions.
- Compile, structure, and analyze HR data to make conclusions that help streamline business/HR processes.
- Work with data and gather essential insights that drive business administration decisions.
- Administer company policies and HR practices.
- Administer employee records in HRIS, and liaise with HR Shared Services center.
- Support and facilitate implementation of new employee training/development, recruiting, and other related HR initiatives, when needed.
- Take part in ad-hoc strategic HR projects as part of self-development.
You will demonstrate the following requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree holder, preferably majoring in Mathematics/ Statistics/ IT/Accounting with min 3 years of relevant working experience.
- High interest working with numbers, and have excellent numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Strong data interpretation with good attention to details.
- Excellent technical skill in operating Excel / data analytics application.
- Handle sensitive information with care and maturity.
- Matured, customer-focused and professional in work approach.
- Keen learner who enjoys learning and aims for professional and personal growth.
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
