Key Responsibilites :
- Design and implement recruitment strategy
- End to end recruitment, including, sourcing, placing ads, screening, interviewing, on boarding
- Job posting on several job portals, social media, websites, and do head hunting using Job portal and other resources such as connecting to university / colleges / community services
Qualifications and Experience :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 2 years experience in Mining Industry
- Able to use Psychological tools
- Thorough with data and administrative tasks
- Proactive with good initiative
- Having good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Well organize
