Requirement:
- S-1 or D3 in Economy/Accounting/IT/is preferable.
- At least 3 years experience in same position in manufacturing
- Able to operate Payroll Software preferably HRMS
- Knowledge in salary calculation, PPh 21 payment, BPJS, Industrial Relationship,and government regulations in industrial field.
- Able to work under pressure, have good communication skill & able to work individual & as team, highly motivated, energetic, good pleasant personality
Responsibilities :
- Preparing the employee monthly salary
- Payment of BPJS premium
- Preparing monthly report
