Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
- Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
- Conduct and make report about psychological test
- General data admin and paperwork
- Report weekly and monthly for any recruiting progress
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in similar role in retail industry (fashion/active lifestyle/footwear) or fast paced environment.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa).
- Good in time management, planning and organizing and able to deliver high quality work standard.
- Strong in interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Self motivated, adaptable, discipline and able to work independent or in a team.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia.
