Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition Staff positions, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for assisting the fulfilment of MPP
- Engange in the development of Talent Acquisition strategy & recruitment plans
- Assist recruiters in handling end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes such as sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, until onboarding
- Maintain and update new employee data and related document
We’re looking for someone who is or has:
- Max. 25 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology
- Passionate about people and taking care of the organization
- Thorough with data and administrative tasks
- Proactive with good initiative
- Having good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
