KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Design and implement hiring strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Coordinate effectively with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Ensure that teams consist of diverse and qualified individuals.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques (e.g., Behavioral Interview) and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and other professional networks in Talent Solutions.
