– Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing until the candidate is hired based on the “Time to Hire” for various divisions.
– Recruit talent from multiple channels to fulfill the MPP
– Design and develop a strategy for recruitment for improving the recruitment standards
– Manage and make sure candidates have a good experience through the hiring process
– Conduct the interview with BEI (Behavior Event Interview) to find the candidate
– Can be a good representative of the Company since becoming the first person candidate’s meet
– Be a “Partner” for new joiners and make sure they run a smooth experience during the onboarding period
Requirements:
– Have at least 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruiter
– Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology
– Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and strategies
– Have experience in recruiting for entry-level to managerial level
– Excellent and adaptive person and also a team player who had a growth mindset
– Proven ability to handle fast-paced recruitment and mass hiring
– Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
