Responsibility:
- Handling recruitment process. From sourcing, interview, until onboard.
- Handle all Nabati manufacture Plant
Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Profecient in talent pool management and selection strategy management to drive optimum utilization of resources
- At least 3 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition
- Have experiences handle Mass Recruitment / Manufacture
- Having skills: Sourcing, Interview, Psychological test
- Placement Bandung.
