Job Description
- Writing and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms also collaboration with HR Recruitment to get the potential candidate
- Sourcing applicants through various channels and professional networks especially for IT Outsourcing
- Doing end to end recruitment process
- Liaise with PIC of client to determine selection criteria for candidates
- Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process, including onboarding and orientation
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Informatics Engineering or a related field
- Min 2 years of experience as Tech Recruiter
- Experienced in IT outsourcing company is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, including software development, database administration, and network engineering
- Proven Experience in approaching client and recruiting IT outsourcing canddiates such as programmers, UI/UX/, QA and others
- Strong understanding of HR technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools
- Understand about IT Outsourcing process is preferable
- Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skill and a passion for innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
